ECR App Error Codes
These errors happen early on, either before or while setting up ECR communication. They usually point to problems like missing parts, incorrect settings, or connectivity issues that block a successful connection.
E:0001
- Error Description: The ECR application is not yet configured to connect to the base
- Cause and Impact: First time startup or base not configured, causing connection issues
- Resolution: To resolve, scan the barcode on the A920 to pair the device or restart the application.
E:0002
- Error Description: Payment application not found
- Cause and Impact: ONE app is not installed, preventing payment processing
- Resolution: Verify that the ONE app is installed by checking Settings > Apps. If not installed, please reach out to Maya support for assistance.
E:0003
- Error Description: Error in connecting to USB/L920
- Cause and Impact: USB cable disconnected or L920 base not powered
- Resolution: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected and that the L920 base is powered on. Check that the A920 device is charging when placed on top of the L920 to confirm power.
E:9002
- Error Description: Error in starting ECR. Please restart the base and application
- Cause and Impact: ECR application failed to initialize due to general issues in the app, such as the application background service experienced an error
- Resolution: Restart the base and application by following the same steps as E:0001.
