PY0100 error on sandbox with non 3DS enrolled test cards

On Maya Vault API, when saving cards (https://developers.maya.ph/reference/createv1customercard) using non 3DS enrolled test card, transaction is failing (PY0100) upon proceeding to verification url provided.
