Hello, we want to apply for Maya Payment Terminal

Good day we would like to follow up the delivery of our device which was initially delivered on May 2022 but then was also immediately pulled out by your installer.

When do I receive the terminal as my account has been approved but its been 3 weeks and still no terminal.
