Even though there is a balance in the e-wallet, it is still not showing, but it sends received texts. but in the dashboard there is zero balance, that's why, it cannot transact, or even send money.

I have a cash in from maya via bank of commerce credit card last may 9, 2023. until now it was not resolved. it is already july 17, 2023

Swiped my card for a 10K purchase. Terminal indicated that it's a failed transaction but money was taken from my account. Merchant already confirmed that no money was received. Submitted a Dispute form with complete files attached. Called Maya and they said 45-120 days? No updates on email. Nothing. Please return my money.
