Hello po, pwedi po ba palitan ung naka link na bank account sa maya merchant ko? Wala kasi dumadating sa Gotyme bank account ko.

What is the possible reasons why upon settlement all transactions had become zero amount?

We have received messages from our customer that payments failed? Can you help us with this one

My settlement reports are still empty in the portal. I just recently file a settlement through the POS Terminal about an hour ago.

The amount being remitted to us is not equal to the EOR Electronic Official Receipt issued to the taxpayer. There is an excess amount that remains unaccounted for in our settlement account.
