Customize available payment methods on Maya Checkout

Is it possible to customize the payment methods available for customers if we are using the Shopify plugin of Maya Checkout?
Specifically we want to disable JCB, AMEX, and e-wallets as payment methods and want to keep VISA and Mastercard only.
