PY0100 error on sandbox with non 3DS enrolled test cards

On Maya Vault API, when saving cards (https://developers.maya.ph/reference/createv1customercard) using non 3DS enrolled test card, transaction is failing (PY0100) upon proceeding to verification url provided.

I Cannot login Maya app using Maya E-wallet Test Account

the app is reject me because of "reach maximum number of passwords retries" and recommend me to reset password!

Is there a Test Card that results to a Declined transaction for P3 Sale API?

We've tried everything on this section of the P3 API Documentation but none is declining.
