Good day we would like to follow up the delivery of our device which was initially delivered on May 2022 but then was also immediately pulled out by your installer.
RETENTION ISSUE ON UNSETTLED TRANSACTIONS
Last Sunday ( July 24, 2022) we were unable to transact or validate a credit card payment of our customer thru paymaya terminal and prompt a message of our Sales that " Unsettled transactions beyond retention limit, Please settle Now"

In P3 Sale API, you can add a paymaya category mid (ex. 102116695 for Transportation) in the merchant.id field. For QR payments, is there a field where you can enter this?
Status post from paya to woocommerce uncessful
Hi, Currently we are using paymaya as our woocommerce payment gateway. recently we are not payamaya is not sending immediately the status of the purchase to woocommerce. we have set our woocommerce to change the order from pending to cancelled after 1 hour. This means that the status from paymaya is not being sent to our end with in an hour
