Swiped my card for a 10K purchase. Terminal indicated that it's a failed transaction but money was taken from my account. Merchant already confirmed that no money was received. Submitted a Dispute form with complete files attached. Called Maya and they said 45-120 days? No updates on email. Nothing. Please return my money.

Last June 27, 2023 at 11:29pm ,I've transferred a money thru maya e-wallet to Land Bank but the recipient didn't receive it yet , its been 1day delayed, i need that money for my nephew's hospital bill . But still ignoring my concern , please process it quickly

Hi, how can I secure that actually the caller of the webhook endpoint is PayMaya? Do you send some secret key as a header?

I have recently emailed maya support and I requested for my credentials for production since I am done with integrating maya with my online shop. I successfully transacted in sandbox and my webhooks are status 200. I have received this message from an email but I cant find it. "the credentials has been sent to you by our Operations Fulfillment team". Where do I find my production credentials?
