When will I get my money back? Already sent Dispute Form.

Swiped my card for a 10K purchase. Terminal indicated that it's a failed transaction but money was taken from my account. Merchant already confirmed that no money was received. Submitted a Dispute form with complete files attached. Called Maya and they said 45-120 days? No updates on email. Nothing. Please return my money.
