How long will I wait to get a refund if the bank transfer doesn't recieved by the recipient

Last June 27, 2023 at 11:29pm ,I've transferred a money thru maya e-wallet to Land Bank but the recipient didn't receive it yet , its been 1day delayed, i need that money for my nephew's hospital bill . But still ignoring my concern , please process it quickly
