Transaction failed

Hi,
It is our first time to use email invoicing. We have made an invoice, sent it to our customer, customer received email and tried to pay using her card. The process will be successful, but when she exits, it will say payment failed.
What causes this?
Also, why is the currency drop down in the invoice includes wechat?
