Maya Pay Plugin Wordpress (Payment On Hold after successful transaction)

Hi,
I recently tried using the sandbox credentials and tried making an order through the woocommerce
site I am currently designing and while the order says that the transaction was successful using the maya payment gateway, the order itself is still "on hold" and doesn't change to "processing" as it should be with successful payment transfer from the client.
